These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of winkel-lb.com and every purchase made on it from Winkel (“Winkel”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information, and to keep your account password confidential. Please tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

2. Products and information

We make every effort to show products, descriptions, photos and prices accurately. Colours and packaging may vary slightly from photos, and manufacturers may update packaging. Always read the label and instructions provided with each product before use.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). The total amount, including any delivery fee, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before delivery, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel at no cost.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The sale is confirmed when we confirm your order by phone, message or email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, the details are incomplete, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel, you will not be charged.

5. Payment

Payment is made cash on delivery, unless another payment method is clearly offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery times, fees and conditions are described in our Delivery Policy. Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to the person receiving them at your address.

7. Returns, exchanges and guarantees

Your rights to return or exchange products, including the 10-day right to return unused items, are described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under the Lebanese Consumer Protection Law No. 659/2005.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to interfere with its security or operation, and not to copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our written permission. All texts, photos, logos and designs on the website belong to Winkel or to the brands we distribute, and are protected by law.

9. Product safety and use

Always use products as described by the manufacturer and read their labels, warnings and instructions before use. Baby and children’s products must be used under adult supervision. Health, beauty and wellness content on the website is for general information only and does not replace the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or other professional.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under Lebanese law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. We will always try to solve any issue with you directly first. If that is not possible, the dispute may be referred to the competent consumer protection authorities or the competent courts of Lebanon.
