Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Lebanon.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 2–4 business days after confirmation. Times can be longer during holidays, bad weather or events outside our control. We will contact you if there is any delay.

Delivery fee

The delivery fee for your order, if any, is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above a set amount, shown on our website, qualify for free delivery.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

Receiving your order

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging looks damaged, tell the courier and contact us right away.
If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled.
